I can tell you right off the bat you will have some major issues with that mod list. Second thought was 'That is going to be a nightmare to troubleshoot'

Because I downloaded so many mods and I BET a lot of them wont work together (I am also thinking about adding Deadly Reflex mod). I gotta go to sleep soon but I would really appreciate if you could somehow help me to resolve compatibility issues. I spend last few hours finding mods to make my oblivion experience more comfortable but now I will install all these mods I found and like (to be honest I just downloaded most endorsed mods that I liked on tesnexus). Sorry to make just wasteful post, but to be honest I am terribly lazy.
